Description
So changing Tim's sidekick persona is apparently a fad going around, so I thought I'd try my hand with designing a costume for Tim as Red Hood's sidekick.

His name would be Hoodlum, but sometimes Jason would call him baby hood as a mock nickname, which Tim hates.

And they'd fight crime together, Tim still refusing to kill but eventually gets better at looking tough and interrogating people with his knife and gun (which would be stocked with rubber bullets and stuff). SO HIS MORALS ARE STILL THERE HE JUST ROLLS WITH JASON.

Yeah okay. That's the most I talked on Deviantart in forever.
