Over the last few months, I've been revisiting Cyborg 009: The Cyborg Soldier (2000s era series) online and it has rekindled my love of those character designs. Hence why I made sure to give Paragon a flowing scarf like those cyborgs. His shades was the thing that bothered me the most when I was looking at my original design for him. Well, that and how his vest/armor was clipping through his arms during poses. I changed the surfacing on his shades so you can see his chilling cyborg eyes behind the lens.

burstlion and I were chatting a few days ago and I was toying with him on the idea of giving Paragon not just the powers I mentioned in the first render I shared of this character, but why not ALL of the powers of the 00 Cyborgs in that anime in a sense. I mean, c'mon. He's Dr. Maxwell's "greatest" creation in the B3 universe, so all of his work on him should reflect that.

His color scheme is reflective to WildCATs' Spartan in a sense (another inspiration BTW), but I'm sure tokutatsu/Power Rangers fans will take one look and think he's a long lost member of the Psycho Rangers...
