3rd HDRI test tonight, this time with an actual environment. The sky is an HDRI that provides the lighting for this scene. I'm currently watching Evo 2023 on stream while I'm dabbling and waiting for renders to finish baking so I was a tad inspired to create a fighting game/Street Fighter-style image for the occasion. This scene is going to need some work in terms of placement/composition, positioning, lighting, posing, and all of that other good stuff (elements of design & principles of design) that I've been struggling with lately. Alas, the point here is just seeing how this is going to look. I'm honestly at the point of giving up waiting for perfection with these renders and just sharing whatever I crank out. Maybe eventually I'll see some progress/improvement myself with my own work in time while I'm learning and practicing.
