Thanks! I appreciate the comment because I do really love Fenris and I sometimes struggle with depicting him the way I see him in my mind.

That painting was a testing of the knowledge I acquired in these color theory books I've been reading. This is what's called an atmospheric triad, meaning that all the shades you see here are derived from only 3 main colours: blue, blue violet and red violet.

It's supposed to be moody and subjective and I'd have to agree!

Just curious, what makes you feel the ears are too big? Fenris is an elf and elf have long, pointy ears.

actually I think he looks cute - even if the ears are abit on the large side overall it does nt matter as long as face and body are in real harmony
