Hey, random question: It doesn't seem as though Locklear remembers being a seer. Does he still remember and just pretends like it never happened and could he actually come back into power or was his memory erased when his time as seer ended?

The Locklear story series (and this comic set in the same universe) are in no way related to The Seer or any other creepypastas. It's its own thing set in a universe like ours where creepypastas aren't real, just stories on the internet.
The reason Locklear appears in The Seer is because The Seer is an AU comic. It's pulling together characters from various different things (Like Masky, who's not a creepypasta.) So for the sake of his appearance in "The Seer", just remember that it's an AU where he's been pulled in with various other characters from various other stories. His story will essentially be the same, just for the AU storyline that is "The Seer", he's also a past Seer on top of it.
