Fortgot to mention,
Been staring at this photo for sometime and it looks like the clouds on the left are causing the illusion that the top edge of the structure is not parralel with the photo frame.

i checked the EXIF, and this was taken around 11am. but that day the sky was full of beautiful clouds without hard light from sun...

filter is for good exposure and for dark sky. color and contrast I adjust in PS CS. It's not HDR.
