It's a captivating picture! But I wonder - why didn't you slide the filter down to completely cover the Arc? The dividing line being mid-Arc and mid-sky detracts from a stellar vantage point (and quiet point in terms of traffic!).

Unusual? That structure is historical and very well known (to highly intellectual people). That's where DuGalle's men marched after the Allies defeated the Nazis in France.

Gorgeous photo! The lighting is lovely, and you are just the right distance from the Arc de Triomphe itself... I do love how you can make out all the details of the cobblestones as well. Nicely done!

I love how their's just slight blue in the right hand corner of the sky. Also that the tree's look a little more alive on that side too...but that might be just me. I also love how the tiles look like fish scales and how the detail of the Arc de Triomphe is still visible yet far away. Nice work.
