Description
My artwork for Zygarde, the Dragon/Ground-Type "Z" Legendary known as the Order Pokémon from Pokémon X and Y. As soon as it was leaked last night I started drawing it. Had this art finished at 3 a.m. last night but could't get back online to upload it. Based on the images I saw, it seems some of the hexagon-shaped "scale" parts glow or sporadically blink white, so I reflected that in the artwork here. I'm kinda pleased with how this turned out.

I was hoping for a caecelian-like pokémon, had absolutely no guess that it'd be a legendary! Super nice rendition here! I like how you show the shiny scales.

Like Xerneas and Yveltal, he is also based on creature found in the myth of Yggdrasil. A bird-like creature(Yveltal) protects Yggdrasil's tree top. A deer-like creature(Xerneas) protects Yggdrasil's trunk and soil. And lastly a snake-like creature(Zygarde) protects the Underworld beneath Yggdrasil.

Serebii leaked a bunch of new Pokemon, this Zygarde is one of them. Each of the legendaries (Xerneas, Yveltel, Zygarde) represent something to do with genetic coding or body tissue/cells why do you think the games are named X and Y? I'm not sure on the meaning behind Zygarde yet but I'm sure it's something along those lines.

There's more to them than just that. Xerneas represents Bones & Neurons. Yeveltal represents blood & skin. And Zygarde represents organs.

Really cool! It doesn't look very big or intimidating. It's quite cute, actually. I'm holding off on getting Pokemion X/Y. There's a small chance I might get Z whenever it comes out.

Zygarde is confirmed to be giant on the new leaked image of it. Even it's head is larger than the whole body of Calem/Serena.

In terms of what kind of snake, Zygarde looks like a cobra.

I beleive Zygarde is fake. looking at its stats they do not match up to Legendary status. that and the screenshot it was shown in the party menu there were no Pokeballs for the other Pokemon (all though it could have been in the PC) that and it's design doesnt really share any traits with Xerneas and Yyveltal let alone not showing any signs of the Letter Z in it

ive pretty much always known that. i just wanted to tell my self it was fake because if it was real it would mean a really small amount of Pokemon for this Gen ..

The small amount dosent really bother me, I like the Pokemon that have been revealed for this generation and I am very exighted to use these little critters in battle.

im finding it hard choosing a water type. i have an OCD about using a team of new Pokemon per gen. so im not sure weather to go with Barbacle or Blastoise
