I don't think the helmets needs anything else added. But you could always look for inspiration w/ samurai kabuto (helmet). Horns, emblems, standards, etc... [link]

Actually, the animation is quite good! I would only recommend working on the legs a bit, something there doesn't look right, seems to fast or something.

Yep, I admit I got a bit rushed up there. I think you're seeing it change in thickness when it moves, which is the very flaw I neglected.
