I see that this one is old, but it could benefit from a retouch. Try to go back and rearrange the facial features (for one, the left eye is up too high) and put as much effort into the other parts of the body and piece as you did into the nose, which looks great, even if it does look crooked when compared to the angle of his head. The best tip I can give is to not overwork one area. Keep moving around keeping all areas at the same level of detail before advancing with rendering, it'll help keep your proportions correct and it'll hopefully inspire you to pay attention to unnoticed areas, the back wall and couch could also use some definition, as they just look like gradients right now.
