Description
So, yeah, it's been way too long since I've submitted anything... Which is why I made this. I am currently working on a bunch of other pictures, but my tablet broke, so it might be a while before they're finished...
Anyway, I thought I'd do something simple, something I can do without a tablet, and this is the result.
Nothing really fancy.

Ohhhhhh sparkly blue...one thing though. The eye is almost eaten up with how much blue you put into the picture. You don't have any contrast to cause that eye to pop. For example: on the left side of the eye you have a lighter shade of blue but I think you should have added more.

Yeah, I realize I didn't do a very good job on this... like I said, it was just a quickie... I probably spent about an hour on it, max.
