edit::Found & reworked the original file to get rid of the shitty pixelish stuff. It turns out I resized this with the wrong settings, hence the reason it looked like a complete trainwreck before.
Colours are still a bit messy, but at least now it's readable.

The ends of her hair look pixelated on my screen, but other than that this is astounding!

I think the pixellation comes in where I've shrunken the file down where there's too much detail, and it doesn't translate well. Original filesize was something like 4000x1500px and so in places like the hair, where I did everything with a 1px wide brush, it just doesn't retain the fine qualities;
