Bah! Β As I understand it, what y'all call a barbeque is actually 'grilling'. Β 'Barbecueing' is slow, low temperature cooking, usually pork, sometimes beef, and by slow I mean like 8-12 hours. Β You should come over here to the States and have some real Southern barbeque.
