This is the outline for the next vector image I am drawing. I will color it. Anyone can download and color it if they want. If anyone decides to color it I would like to see it!!! So put a link in the comments section so I can see this image after you've colored it.I've never seen this anime but I really like this character Kirino and I think she's cute.
