Finally finished! :3I started this a few days ago and did some touch ups today~
And I changed the design of my Drifloon gijinka again XD But I think this one's cute~ <3

Ohhai. c: So Ima critique this now, yes yes.
Just to get this out of my system, every time I see this piece, I can't help but smile because of how adorable it is. >u> I know it's such a cliche comment, but it's true.
Onto the actual critique now. The background looks fine, the only thing I might suggest would be to put a sun or something. But it looks fine with out it. Also, the clouds could use a little more shading, however it's not necessary. The only reason I say that is because I think the background is a little too light. However, you could darken the blue sky to make it less light. ( Obviously. >u>; ) As for the Gijinka, the only thing that I would change as far as proportions go is maybe making her legs a little thicker. They just seem a little too thin of you ask me. The shading/coloring is wonderfully done, there is an obvious light source, and the fold shading is noticeable. The only thing that stands out to me, is the fact that the white (in her top, stockings, and maybe a little in her hair) looks too unshaded. You could use a blue or a grey to shade it more. Otherwise, the shading is clean and has a very nice look to it. c:
I'd just like to add in here that I love the fact that her eyes are such a bright color, they really pop out and drive the viewer's attention to her adorable face.
