Meet Ghost, one of the first characters I ever put to paper. He's been with me for almost six years now He was once the main character of a novel, one of the first I ever worked on, but the idea was later shelved because...well...frankly, I improved and came to see that the book was not the masterpiece I once thought it was

But since Ghost has been with me for so long I thought that he deserved a new life here on DA. One day I might even revamp the story and turn it into a comic (I know, I know, I've got a ton of comic ideas already).

His original design was that of a pure white red-tailed hawk with ice-blue eyes and a single black mark over his right eye which was shaped like a cartoon ghost's tail (oh jeez ). For the revamp I decided to turn him into a pied hawk, with patches of normal plumage on his tail, face, and wings.

Anyway, I imagine that you'll be seeing more of him in the future Yes, those are the Northern Lights in the background, and no, the story does not take place in Alaska.
