Well, this feels like the end of an era for me Vex has lost his blue. Part of me still enjoys the blue markings, but in the end I just kind of outgrew them. Besides, it puts a limit on what kind of settings he can be put in and what kind of accessories he can wear when he has bright blue markings. Besides taking away the blue on his hair, tail, and paw pads, I also changed the shape of his chest marking. I'm pretty happy with how he looks I'll be posting a guide to his accessories to my scraps for the people I commission, so I'll put the link to that here soon.

Character Overview

Name: Vex

Species: Wolfdog (half gray wolf, half Siberian husky)

Gender: Male

Age: Young adult

Height: 27 inches at the shoulder

Build: Lanky (tall, thin, and long-legged) like that of a wolf.

Distinct Features: A spiky hair tuft (which he should ALWAYS be drawn with). He has large, round, husky-like paws, tall pointy husky-like ears, long legs, and a fluffy tail that curls over his back when he is alert, excited, angry, happy, or feeling any other strong emotion (it lays flat when he is sad, tired, or relaxed).
Accessories: A gray striped scarf, which is his most commonly worn accessory. Alternate colors are Gryffindor-style crimson and gold (in honor of Vex's Hogwarts house), blue plaid, and solid, dark red. He also has a gray fedora with a silver-studded black band, and a gray camo cadet hat. Both of his hats can be drawn with or without holes for his ears. Personality
Positive Traits: Intelligent, kind, passionate, empathetic, open-minded, loyal, adaptable, observant, determined, honest, ambitious, lively, funny, straight-forward, and level-headed. He's sarcastic and often cheeky, but not in an inconsiderate or unkind way.
Negative Traits: Self-conscious, petty, hypersensitive to criticism, hot-tempered, stubborn, prideful, self-involved, pouty, unconfident, indecisive, impatient, and often anxious. He has a real tendency to hold grudges, and, despite his fierce temper, is very fearful of conflict.

Likes: Vampires, werewolves, supernatural creatures in general, horror movies, Halloween, dark/disturbing things, gore, storytelling, books, reading, being in the library, stylized art, 2D animation, going to the movies, music of pretty much every genre, clever humor, laughter, cold weather, walking in the snow, mountains, fire, taking long walks, sleeping, dreams, watermelon-flavored candy, big cities, Dr. Pepper, and being out at night.
