Description
This is Seipher. He is a character about as old as Wraith but I don't seem to draw him often AT all. I don't know why. I really think about him alot *shot*. As in, he has potential to be more of a muse ¦D. poor SeipherCouple of changes in design. Extra markings on the ears. And the eyes are apple green. Not red. I was totally unsure about red eyes for ages. Older sketch is here [link]
Er... yeah. He is a Wing commander who works for GUN. He was there during Wraith's creation. He's adaptable for many roles. Overall, his character is neutral.
He's really good with his piloting skills, can shoot a gun well and seems to use the word 'comrade' to death when addressing colleaugues or superiors.
Here he is. Lost in the swiss mountains.
This pic ultimately was just to mess around with CS4- which I am clearly still diabolical at using.
Enough said. Need to exercise

I just adore Seipher; must be his adaptability for so many roles. I can just see that unsure quality in his eyes, as if he's just starting to get that "ohcrap I'm lost" feeling. Gotta love the gun, too. Commander Seipher is always prepared!
The scenery is just gorgeous, though. I could stare at this picture for hours, almost feeling the chill mountain air. (Fer realz) Fantastic!

I used a COMPLETELY different approach to colour this pic!
It took a hell of a lot longer than the usual though. Nonetheless, it really makes me happy when people stop by to comment and fav is also a massive compliment to me.

I used to be SOOOO *crap* at proportions! XD I have an older drawing of Seipher and everything looks so badly out of proportion. It's in storage. I keep all my old drawings in storage, I know it sounds dumb but for legal reasons in case someone else comes with the same design more recently.

its an excelent change on this part. you realy brought out the personality of the character in this one. adn good choice also with the change of eye color. teh orangish tan color is better suited to green than red.

Sun and snow... glad it was picked up! There's a certain beauty I like about the swiss alps. Namely amazing light reflected off snow and if you picked that up from the pic, I'm thrilled I managed to achieve that
And I am glad the thick ice gives that floaty feeling :float: Aw, so glad you like the eyes also.
The grasss... I was studying anime like pics and noticed how soft their backgrounds were. That is to say, I did quite rightly wanted to make it seem like it was there, but that the focus was on Seipher. So once again, am thrilled you interperated that :dance

No...seriously though, that's a really nice colouring job. Especially his face. And those eyes are just beautiful. I just love green eyes.
I also love the background. When you tie the two together, it gives a cooler feel. Not like here, where it looks nice but when you go out it's freezing!
Well now, I'd have to say that Seipher has a really nice design. Like I said already, I love those eyes. His hair is very cute as well.
