Alien details-

Forgeti is from Ben 10 Reboot.

Story-

The story would be the same as reboot where Ben teamed up with Forgeti to stop Billy Billions from harming the environment and the Omnitrix scanned Forgeti at the end of the fight.

But all of this story happens in Omniverse series, Ben 10 always forgets he unlocks this transformation because of the ability of Forgeti to make people forget.

So when he sees Forgeti Icon in Omnitrix he always thing that's a new transformation, but when he's in this form he remembers what he's doing with this transformation before.

My thoughts-

I'd think OV Ben would call him "The Who" (Similar to The Worst), if he transformed him into first time. Then later name him (while in the form) as Forgeti.

As the requester gave me full control over the design I want to add my little touch to it like, The Fog Patterns they are something that is similar to Buglizard's Fog Breath, releases some kind of thick Mist/Fog that covers his sourrounding, Making his enemies blind as well as forget what they seen/happened.

This alien Idea is really a brilliant choice and I personally loved it.
