Well as Promised I finally did a tutorial XDDD
I decided to do a tutorial on wet clothing first (I'll do normal clothing next)
But I hope this tutorial helps ppl
You can use this same concept for Hair as well :3
The critique request is at the bottom so I can better help you guys next tutorial x3

Or rather, use the eraser tool, lower its opacity and erase spots where the clothes touch the skin (if you're coloring white clothes?)

But for more on an effect, can't you lower the opacity slightly?

No it can't, you can't lower opacity on MS paint I've used it for years.
