I am done! : D Wheee, i am so glad on how this turned out *u* This was extremely fun to do, especially with the shading and effects!Btw, this is a re-draw of one of my old pictures! [link] ewww, ugly She is suppose to be 7-8 in here, but in the old picture she looks like a 5 year old lol xD;;
So yeah, if you have noticed, I changed a few things about Soli! She has a white muzzle now, and her eyes are not connected like they were before <: Her power is also orange instead of pink, since pink made no sense since the sun isn't pink lol
I might remake a Lily version of her "discovery" picture soon, but I did Soli first since Lily's was pretty decent while Soli's was just...horrible looking omg xD;;
NOTE: Soli discovered her powers at a young age while Lily discovered her moon powers at the age of 16 ( Her present age) ok, i'll stop typing now 8D;;longdescirptionislong
EDIT: I changed a few things! I got rid of that messy ring border since a few people said it looked messy, so I added some spell circle thingies instead : D I also made the white areas have a colorful outline too~

baawh what a cutie ;u; I love your shading as ever and the effects are awesome! I quite like the hand-drawn circle-border of the sun, it's nice against the smaller sun in front of her (which I assume is a brush?). Although, some of the lines suddenly cut off which looks odd, so maybe if you made them get smaller instead of just cutting them off it'd look a bit better?
But ye much improvement in a year's time :'D

I found this tutorial on tumblr on how you can do designs like these : D Also, I just added spell circles though since the ring border of the picture looked a bit messy xD The spell circles are the brushes~ I hope I made any sense since I can't explain well 8D;;
