Round 3 submission, :MahouSakuraTenshi: did the line art while I did the coloring (also cleaned up a bit after, printing always makes things messy XP) I'm a little proud of my sky background, we kind of messed up the indoor scene.Charizard is using Fire Blast and Dragonair is using Hyper Beam.

Very clean for such an involved scene. Since you can do such clean pencils, maybe it's time to start outlining in pen? All you need is a bottle of India ink, a medium flex nib, and a brush. It takes a while to master the equipment, but it's a lot of fun to learn.

oh, the outline part was done by my partner on the computer I belive. I just did the crappy coloring XD
but I HAVE gotten better with outlining! I usually just use generic inking pens o.o
