Note: Im not saying shading with the way on the right is bad, it just usually isnt used correctly. Ive done it before, pls dont attack me qwp
More tips
-Try to keep the hue shift consistent. For example, if the red is shifted towards blue, shift the green towards blue as well
-Experiment with different layer filters! they're fun :>
-try different shading styles (Soft [showed above], Cell, Painterly, Mixed?)

-different lighting creates different moods :v
