Ok this one sucks. Just a one off.I felt compelled to redraw another girl from my archives, only this time I haven't a clue who this is. I've never played the game, watched the anime or read anything related to it.
Some sort of //hack... something. I don't really know or care.
Some one way back in 2003 asked for this girl and I drew her... in my 2003 style. I thought a redo could do it some good.
Not like its hard to outdo my 2003 style.
Still sucks anyway. I couldn't even be bothered to reference anything outside the original fanart sketch.
Ah well I didn't care anyway.
5 Brownie points to anyone who can link to the original fanart I did for this character.

Honestly, I never get tired of seeing Rena fattened up, but I think your beating yourself up about this a little to much.
It's still pretty good. Not your best but it's far from suckish.

Hey, you may have not cared about this, but it's still pretty good. The issue I'm having is with the right arm(left arm, looking at her right now). The left arm seems to be a bit off too, but that may be my own eyes tricking me.
Still...if you look at any of mine, there are SO many errors...XD

That's the problem with requests...if you don't feel like drawing it, or it doesn't spark you as interesting, it ends up becomign fairly crappy.

I think you'll find nearly all of the requests I've ever done are poorly drawn compared to the "generation" of pics they're in.

Of course, mainly because they are not of your own will, but of course asked of you by your peers. I think artists' works that they did of their own free will look better than those commissioned. It's that spark of inspiration that drives the person to make the artwork look good.

But art trades with other artists are cool...granted that the person on the other end of the art trade is also doing something that they like. If neither like their respective halves of the trade, it also turns out bad.
