Description
Wanted to create a tutorial about how to draw various magic effects, deciding to do so by the example of fire.Not sure how much this resembles for fire, but for magic effects, I think this method is quite proficient)
In the future I'll try to complete this guide with other various effects drawn the same way)

This is most likely the best and easiest fire tutorial I've seen! Though I haven't searched for that many fire tutorials... it doesn't look 100% realistic but I really love the look.

Phew. Tried it out: sta.sh/02cy6c1hn21i It's annoying because the program I use has different tools and layer modes, but I managed to get a similar effect, though it doesn't look as good as yours. I'm still really happy about the result, thanks for making this tutorial! ^^

Hi,
Great tutorial! I purchased SAI because of your tutorials, but I'm missing some tools.
I have ten tools, but your tutorial shows many more. Where are they?
I've looked and looked and looked, but cannot find the "Blend" tool, nor the "Blur" tool, the "Bic" tool, the "Details", "Paper", "Crayon", nor any of the extra nine you have below the standard ones.
Are they part of the standard program or custom brushes added later?

Am... unfortunately all version can be different a bit. But you also can to make any new tool yourself)
I have about 25 tools in standard version (I think most from them is a custom brushes), but I use only little part from it)
So, I think you can:
1 - Create them by yourself
2 - I can send my version of Sai to you. (but it is by Russian)

It would be so amazingly fantastic if you could send your version of SAI to me. I have a friend that speaks Russian, so he could translate it for me. Then I could set up my English version with the same tools as yours.
I tried making leaves like in your landscape tutorial, but couldn't even get close. Without your brushes, I can't do anything!

I'm referring to the sketches you make for patrons. They're wonderful. I have no art experience, so I need to start with black and white. Is there any way you could record the process of making them like you did your fire and texture and nature tutorials?

Just one question, where is "Blend Mode - Addition"? I don't see it in layer modes, is it "Screen" (3rd mode) or "Overlay" (4th mode)?

Nope, it's not there...I googled it and people say "Addition" and "Luminosity" are the same thing. Luminosity is there, I guess I'm going to use that xP
