But, if the light on the ceiling appears to be behind the Medic, then that would mean he's bent over. And, going by the logic that he's looking at the viewer, me in this case, that would mean that he's bent over me.
And if he's bending over in order to look at me, that would most likely mean that it's because I'm lying down. 
I need to get up. I can't be lying down here. I need to get my butt out the door and run as far away as I can. NOW.
