If you're not already somewhat familiar with photoshop, this tutorial probably won't help you very much.
This is how I color all of my pictures. It's not very fast and it's not very efficient, but it's what I do.
The character Daisuke Kyouku belongs to =josukeX , and I'm just using him as an example because he happened to be who I was sketching at the time.
