I wanted to figure out how he'd look as a more realistic human for the sole purpose of filling the "draw porn of Kuma and Moria" requests I've been getting. It's totally selfless of me.The porn doesn't end up on DA for obvious reasons.

I love Moria's design- it makes a lot of sense, given the formatting issues that would come up if he were a character with a realistic body and a normal face. Because he's so deformed and distinctive-looking, he's instantly identifiable, even when you only see the lower half of his body in a frame or his profile.
That said, I wouldn't want to try drawing porn of Moria as he looks in the manga.
