I thought that the absurdity of the elements we had to choose from required a comical approach, and I thought a good old slapstick comedy situation would work well here, with a classic prison break attempt.Things seemed to go pretty well, oh but was it an unfortunate miscalculation, or was it intentional on Panda's part that our heros' tunnel to freedom led up to the kitchen?
Oh yeah, and if anyone wonders, this all digitally painted, no photomanipulation. All done with Photoshop and wacom tablet.

You really should have won, this is absolutely fabulous. You did get a DD which is my goal in life at the moment (not good at prioritizing my goals) so thats at least something. So yea, I really just wanted to say that THIS IS AWESOME.

Yeah, well it always happen with any contests. Tons of people disappointed for their efforts in vain, disagreements and protests. Well, we can't change a judge's final decision, can't we? But thanks a lot for the support, it's much appreciated!

I am just baffled why this didn't place in the top three. This was, by leaps and bounds the best concept, most creative use of assets and just all in all most awesome entry. As soon as I saw it go up, I knew it would be number one. Well, even though the judging was laughable, you're number one in my heart! Now if I can just figure out how to nominate this for a DD...

There was some entries that didn't even make it into the semi-finalists that were much better than some that did make it.
That was a big deception, but hey, I'll survive I guess
