Description Ruby Heart is We had a party every Friday in my dorm in Japan, and whenever I'd get drunk I'd tell everyone how in love I am with her and how I want her to be my girlfriend. While insisting that I was a straight girl XD She's so hot XD

Anyway, yeah, I drew this quite a while ago, 2000, to be exact, while I was still in Japan... But I thought I'd put it up here, even for just a little while ^^

Ah, here it is! It’s about time I found this picture again. I based one of my written character descriptions off of this, so I was hoping it was still around for reference!

The vapors trailing across the foreground are a great touch. I’m also envious because I can’t do shading yet when I sketch; everything I draw comes out looking flat. The ship she’s sailing on... no, that looks too plain to be The Partenaire. Must be a more generic one. I’m not sure she would be the sort to wear heeled boots either (how would she fight in uncomfortable footwear?) but they look nice regardless.

And yeah, she’s not innocent at all, but she can fake it! The way I play her is as a slightly tomboyish traveler who relishes her lifestyle as an outlaw and is determined to enjoy life as much as possible. I drew heavily from the symbolism behind her name to determine her personality. The grim sullenness depicted in most official art is there too, but it’s on the flip side of the coin. Usually it doesn’t take much to pull it out, since her fiery spirit also makes her a bit emotional.
