I make tea, wrap myself in a soft blanket and I watch kid movies on Netflix (my personal favourite for reaaaally bad days is Atlantis or the Rise of the Guardians)

I watch some tv. Usually something like a kids tv show. Or a shower, that works too... (I don't have a bath >,>)

Not really sure of what I do whenever I'm feeling down. I do sometimes look for sad songs and animations that make me cry. It helps.

I veg in front of the tv, usually in bed. I'll watch some of my favorite funny tv shows/ movies, or listen to music.
My dog cheers me up too since he's always smiling.
If it's something more where I'm feeling useless, I try to DO something. Clean/vacuum , organize my closet, etc. Then at least i can feel sort of accomplished.

It all depends on the day, but mostly I curl into a ball in bed or eat some ice scream if it's low depression.

Depending on the severity..
It could be anything from dining on a frozen treat, to simply watching comforting videos.
Though in more severe cases it can be submerging oneself entirely into hot water, or talking with friends.
Worst scenario I have experienced, I only found comfort in curling up in in my bed.

I tend to drown out the world with music.
Usually very emotional music and cry. I usually feel better after getting some emotions out (cause I bottle them up a lot)

I pretty much go drive. I listen to my pandora classical/techno station and just go. I usually end up in places that I find are charming. Getting lost is the easiest way to find my answers. If I'm unable to do that, I do things. Keeping busy keeps me distracted from my feelings enough that when I finally decide to reflect on them, I can look at it with a calmer mindset than I would initially.

I sleep. For hours on end. If I had a tub I might have soaked in that instead, but I find that being hidden in the softness of covers and pillows and just sleeping is a great comfort.

Yeah, I tend to go into hypersomnia myself. Sleep is such great escape!

It really is! I can't do it for too long though, or else my dog will protest. But sleeping is probably the most amazing thing. Baths are second though. I miss my tub >:

A simple-like picture with keen attention to the small details. I like the muted palette and the shadows in the sink. There is a mood to the picture that is both familiar, almost comforting, but also tells of sadness.
When I feel like crap I comfort-eat, and bury myself in bed. Sometimes I'll huddle up in front of my computer and watch children's shows or movies.

Intense and grim. If I can, I go for a walk, or try to read a really, really good book... Or I look at beautiful art like this.

1st i knew not what hurts u but be strong dear ur not alone we al go to sad times and it hurts with great pain bjt u should never let it win for after all that u shall fins the light once again
