TGMD = The Great Mouse DetectiveFor Sweetly-Mad
Okay so this needs some explanation.
I myself believe that in the TGMD universe, the rodents there most likely use the human trains to travel, just like Dawson rode along a horse carriage made for humans in the movie.
But here, I decided to sketch out a little train, the size of mice, only to make it clear Jane & Birdie meet for the first time on a train.
Aaaand perspective was, is and will always be my mortal enemy, god damn.
Sorry for that! But at least it's clear it's a train, ya? Yaaaa? Okay, no.
One day I will master drawing objects and things in perspective.
Jane Ashford (c) Sweetly-Mad
Birdie Moore (c) me

Hehe. I mostly think them in humansize, even though I know the other thing is more right. XD

(Okay, I replied too late to the other comment )
Jane be a good mouse and help Birdie!!
Since I don't draw backrounds /yet/ I don't have to worry about perspective, but I understand it is so hard! However, I believe you did a great work here.
And I love that you drew Jane again!
Thank you so much!!

Actually I just randomly started sketching instead of waiting, so it's me that was too eager xD
I indeed imagine Birdie being too late to catch the train and shout something like "nooooo waaaaaiiiit",
and then Jane got curious/irritated by the sound
Thank you very much though, I'm happy to hear that <3

That happens to me too. When you have an idea you just draw it!
That's so like Jane xD I sometimes wonder why I made her be so irritable u.u Run Birdie, you still can get into the train!!
You're welcome!

True! If you don't immediatly draw your idea, it might fly away
Which happens to me all the time!
I like it! It makes Jane stand out of the crowd!
Besides, Basil gets irritated easily too and we all love him xD

I know! That's so terrible!!
Yep, and that's why they just can't talk like normal people - just shouting xP

It's the curse of being an artist! D8
I imagine that, it seems so hilarious!
I must sketch Basil and Jane "conversating" one day >

That's so true, sadly.
I have to color plenty of those "conversations" xP

I knooow xD I'll try to have it done as soon as possible, but I have more things to work on. (The second artist curse: so many ideas, so little time!)

I know right? GMD has forced me to get out of my comfort zone. I am still trying to figure out perspective too.
