This is SO good and REALLY catches Basil at his peak! I LOVE how spot-on you got him - that's so well done, and I am in love with his expression! Such an adorable sleuth he is! The colours are, as ALWAYS, just fantastic! I love how you can still see the strokes on his coat and trousers... It gives it a lovely rustic look.
His pose is excellent and I LOVE the details with the footprints. This is classic Basil and I love it!
