I always adore these flower crown edits on Tumblr. Like, when they add flower crowns to images of Disney princesses and such.
So why not give Birdie one?
I was also inspired by VDupLEX 's entry, where her OC wears a flower crown too~
Birdie looks like she's on drugs too. Oops. Let's say she's high on spring fever.
Also, Birdie in her farming outfit. And random leg sticking out - that was like last minute added so I know it's not entirely correct, anatomy wise.
And I used a new marker for Birdie's yellow/beige fur colour. So yeah, the colour differs from previous drawings of her.
It's so hard to find a new correct marker for this! I used to use a very cheap brand for that colour, a brand that wasn't very much of quality, so I had to change.

But now that it has been my icon for a while, I don't feel that bad about it anymore.

As in, I adore how excited and genuinly happy she looks.
The colours are AMAZING, and I ADORE howwell you've captured the pure essence of spring and the end of winter. Her outfit is adorable, and the shine on her green apron is just perfect and REALLY just places this piece on an entire new level. The little details here are incredible; The patience you've must have put into this piece is amazing, and I simply love the incorporated flowers and seeds...
And OFCOURSE Birdie needs a flower-crown... it's JUST her!

Aww - after I drew her and relooked at the drawing after a while, I just felt like Birdie looked all drugged up. Weird xD
