Its only fitting that the "Anti-Rotor" would be more aggressive than the one we know and love. Rotor's got back problems, wears glasses, and is now working witht he city council. From what it seems like Rotor's "getting old at a young age". ;_; Anyhow, Boomer looks kind of cool and he kind of reminds me of Cyborg from the Teen Titans cartoon.

Actually, those are his original designs for the characters if I'm not mistaken. He intended for them to look like that, but the colorist decided on different colors for the book.
The Miles artwork makes much more sense with Tracy's colors than the toupee we ended up with in the final design.
