Your concept is excellent: the lizard is not too big, nor is it unnecessarily decorated with barbs or horns, and the number of fingers is correct.
Only the tail should be thin and stiff; Also for an animal of quadrupedal nature, the patagium should also be joined with the legs. And if your dragon lives in a cold environment (like England) it should be covered with a tergument like hair.
Unless you live in the savannah: they are warm and open environments to fly without being hindered by trees. In fact, Ulysses Aldrovandi conceived them as natives of Africa.

I'm just disappointed with the hand, as the fingers seem to be too thick close to the hands.

For the leg patagium, the thing is I didn't wanted the patagium too connected to the legs. The lower parts of the legs are not connected, so that it can move on land with some liberty. Plus, we can expect that 173 million years in the future, what is now Northern Europe will be hotter than today, and if not, this dragon is supposed to be endothermic, and doesn't need to be furry to maintain its body temperature, see the example of salmon sharks, with complex circulatory systems to keep them warm in cold environments.

These dragons live in mountainous cliffs, where the air currents are sufficient to lift them in the air, and have almost no trees. Their ancestors were arboreal though.

Well, the endothermy is the first step to develop hair or feathers and the aquatic animaΓ±es have no hair because it would generate resistance in the water.
However, if Europe supposes to be warmer than at present, that could be the factor for not needing hair.

While the concept of future flying lizards has been done a number of times, it never ceases to be an interesting topic.
