Description The Macroceratops elephas is a peculiar species of pig of the southeast asian rainforests, 30 million years in the future. It is closely related to the Macroporcus genus and reaches similarly large sizes, reaching up to 2,3 meters in length, being already the largest suid that inhabits the asian rainforests. This specific species is the only of its genus and it is peculiar for having an unusually long snout to help forage in the undergrowth. It is nicknamed the "elephant pig", due to its vague resemblance to an elephant, with the long snout, large ears and enlarged tusks. Naturally elephants are now extinct, but this pig borrows a similarity with these ancient beasts, even though its lifestyle and diet are dramatically different.
