This chibi is really cute! The details of her dress are lovely and the color are really well choosen!
The wrinkles of the sleeves need a bit of work, search for references to see how it works (pinterest is great for that!).
I love hoy the locks hang down from the horns! It looks great! The brights and shadows of the hairs make it really cute too. The upper side looks a bit rough though, like you used a harder brush, same happens with the lights of the dress.
Her eyes are worderful, love all the detail!
The lineart looks a bit messy-sketchy, maybe you should do a smooth inking before adding the color.Β
It's a pity the chibi gets cutten by the end of the canvas, I would reccomend to rezise it (the chibi or the canvas xD) instead of cutting it.Β

This is beautiful!! Your lines and coloring are gorgeous and I love her design!! my only suggestions would be:
- working on clothes wrinkles, especially near the arms. (don't worry, i can't either 
-The shoulders, because one is shorter than the other and the lines below the neck aren't exaaactly in the right place.
-The head/face anatomy, since the head seems to suggest that her head is facing forward but her face is facing slightly to the side. (this problem doesn't seem to be in your other art, though

Absolutely beautiful! The colors go so well together I ADORE the way you did the hair and how it hangs off the antlers. Her eyes are so pretty and the flowers are a really nice touch.
