Like I said for the RRB character design sheet, I commissioned bbmbbf to redesign the Powerpuff girls also, as I wished to create a comic based around the PPGs and the RRBs.

Most of their physical design elements come from the anime version, although most of the characterisation leans more heavily to the Cartoon Network series; I love both series, so that's why both are represented. There's also stuff that's more simplified, and some slight influence from bleedman 's style, according to Bbmbbf.

Given that the comic was a tickle fetish comic originally, I wanted skin to be accessible, so that the girls could be more easily tickled. So that's why although they wear jackets, under those are sleeveless shirts. The skirts are short to bare their legs for some tickles. And the sandals of course, as I just had to ensure they would all get tickled on their feet. The long socks were just to harken back to their CN style a little, rather than being bare-legged, but adding no real protection.
