Compare of Prometheus and Alien. The chair. It's seen from opposing angles, I know. From behind you can still see the Space jockey from Alien (lower). Think that small human like space jockey from Prometheus will fill the chair as well? I don't.These are screen shots from the movies btw. i didn't make them or anything.

There is a major size difference between the Jockey in Alien and the one in Prometheus, but i think that could be attributed to movie mistakes and the time distance between the two movies. Maybe Ridley Scott decided he wanted them smaller

They don't actually say they are supposed to be different ships anywhere, do they? Since this is from before Alien. So I'm not sure. I've seen other movies (Star Wars for one) where they didn't bother to make the storylines actually match between the new and old movies. But anyway, I hope they are different ships.
