And who is this mysterious cute girl getting all excited at the bubbles Aida is blowing?This is Valeria, your typical pretty and easy to impress little girl. If you do think Aida's and/or Flora's appearances and personalities are cute enough, Valeria is even cuter than them! But there's a catch: she might be a bit shy and withdrawn around people she doesn't trust, so first you have to get to know her well before she can show you the best of her cuteness.
Unfortunately Valeria's case is similar to Sita's surfer friends [link] in that you won't see her very often...

Con Valeria ya suman 12, pero principales sólo son y van a seguir siendo las 8 que normalmente ves.

Wow, Aida is really good at that, making a wall of bubbles so thick that it nearly shrouds their faces from view. Actually, the redhead's expression makes it clear that she's taking the task rather seriously, whether she's trying to make Valria happy as can be or just puts her full effort into everything she does. She must be puffing a bit more quickly yet still carefully to get so many in the small to medium range. I hope she doesn't run herself out of breath!
Te kids are lovely, and I don't have to say much about the fashions because you always do a nice job with those details, from design to implementation. It's also easy to see that they've picked up some lunch to enjoy after they play for a bit. (I'm guessing that the were sitting down to have lunch but then the bubble stuff came out; otherwise, I don't think the bags would be folded at the top as neatly. But I could be wrong.
I'm also impressed by the style and effects of the bubbles themselves, especially where they overlap. It's also neat how they seem to have some lighting and shading detail mixed in too. The only things I don't see are droplets on the bubbles and any splatters or marks on their nice outfits. Though, geez, how much can we ask expect, especially since the outfit are so nice that we'd hate to see them messy.

If Aida weren't blowing bubbles then I wouldn't have any other idea (as of now) on how she could keep Valeria entertained to have this cute face. And yes, this is part of a nice friendly picnic among them, which explains the bags.
As far as I know, I don't think bubbles by themselves are enough to soak their clothes, at least produced this way.

Okay the question of the new girl has been answered! That bubble effect is just so amazing, I need to start messing around to see how opacity works with layers.

OK in this case the bubbles brush itself is not 100% opaque, so you don't have to play around with it.
As of the opacity, I recommend you to alter it only for the layers, not for the brushes or color fills. Otherwise you'll end up doing a mess and have different values even for a 100% opaque layer

Ooooo brushes~ I don't know if you can add brushes in SAI. I haven't heard of anyone doing it before.
