Here's one of the most beautiful berry friends around, Seaberry Delight! She loves the water, swims like a dolphin and is sometimes mistaken for a mermaid. Unfortunately since she might not be very popular one must know a bit of Strawberry Shortcake to identify her. But OMG she's such a gorgeous girl! Maybe you'll associate her with... well, no problem with that.

Seaberry Delight and Coco Calypso are my two favorite characters in the 2003 Strawberry Shortcake video series.Β I love how Seaberry moves gracefully in the water, just like a mermaid.Β Her seashell cottage is very cute too.Β I only wish the two of them had starred in other videos, like Strawberry's other friends.Β You did a beautiful rendition of her.

Thanks! Yes, it's sad those two only came out for just one or two episodes. And the worst of all, the makeover that all the remaining characters had like 5 years ago. Why could they do such a thing if their designs Β at that time were amazing?
And BTW there's a character later on my gallery, though a minor one, who is based on Seaberry Delight and has the same color palette and beach theme as her

Thanks! I'm also starting to miss not the show itself, but the character designs. And this character was one of my favorites during that time. She actually inspired a minor character I usually draw only once a year or so.

You're welcome! I hope they care about old characters in a movie or a show during dimension traveling line they did with the Ninja Turtles in the Movie "Turtles Forever" when meeting their old counterparts. I was hoping for the same matter for Strawberry whom I know.
