It would be fine if Trixie faced consequences for her actions like Daffy Duck or Squidward Tentacles. But the fact that she gets none and even admits to not learning lessons just makes her very hatable.Β

She DID. When she, Starlight, Discord, and Thorax rescued everyponyelse from Chrysalis. And before you retort with "She still acts like a bitch after that." I'm afraid that she's what we call an anti-hero, and there are people like her in reality. Arrogant, proud, vain. But you know what? I like it that there's people like her around. If everyone was a saint, life would be pretty boring. I like having yin and yang in everything, positivity and negativity in everything.

Technically, she did almost nothing when helping save Chrysalis and treated Discord like crap though he did more than she ever could. And I don't mind if she had a selfish personality. Heck, Iago from the "Aladdin" franchise was her done right. He still was a selfish loudmouth but he still had a good heart. All Trixie does is act like a selfish idiot and takes advantage of Starlight, and when told she does, she doesn't care.Β

Honestly, I'm happy already with the friends I have that treat me with respect as I treat them back. I wouldn't want to be a pushover thanks to someone like her.

I'll admit, I did like Trixie up until Season 7. Β The writers made her so obnoxious towards Starlight, I ended up rooting for her to vaporize that little blue pest with her unicorn magic!Β

Trixie would probably get along fabsolusly with Gaston, the two have the same defining trait, arrogance. And sadly, Gaston wins even in that department, at least we actually get to see what he's so proud of.
