There is always a better way to do it! Even if you would do it perfectly, you would still feel that there could have been better! And, yes, leave it as it is! Maybe is not very professional of me to say that (LOL)but I think it is more important what it represents then how it is executed. To make it perfect is fine with me, but I've seen perfectly executed paintings/drawings , that are just perfect as shapes, colors, etc but don't mean anything, are as cold as ice, soulless!

This looks so magnificent!I love your idea and the drawing is so beautyfully made, such details,great shading! And I love the chessboard! I like chessboards too, I use them too in some drawings, I think that they are very misterious, maybe because they are a battlefield!
