Right. So I was supposed to post a thing last night. Forgot. So here it is. I drew a picture of Lyra in all her floofy hair and leather armor glory. Enjoy!This is the first of [undetermined number here] of a webcomic tribute project Imma doing. Figured it was fitting to start with the one I'm actually a part of.

I already had a mild freakout on Tumblr about this, but seriously HOLY CRAP. Look at how huge and beautiful and perfect her hair is! And her EXPRESSION. You got everything about her absolutely PERFECT. Thank you, Nytrinhia! You already do so much for my silly old comic - I'm not really sure how I got so lucky.

Well, I mean... coincidence? I don't really do fanart, but I decided it would be worthwhile to do a small tribute to the comics I read. And this happened to be after DotL started off, and I finally got to actually doing it after I became a colorist for the project so... yeah. >.> Miracles and awesome things are a bunch of small, widdle commonplace happenings that happen to line up for the benefit of people.

Dear God I wish I had cool hair that swayed around my body with aesthetic perfection like this. The pose and expression of this character makes her seem pretty cool, and I dig the way you painted her. Great work!
