This is the evil bastard who betrayed Haxino's trust. His brother, Haxiano. He's a charismatic, sarcastic guy who loves to mess with his younger brother. He took over his father's throne via murdering him and pretty much sent Haxino into exile. He states that he doesn't do what he does to be evil; but really, he's just bored.
