Vlad's belly looks super soft and squishy while Ganon' s belly looks more compact.

Funnily enough, that's actually a good description of their midsections. Ganondorf's belly is more solid and drum-like, but is soft enough to make a good pillow. Vlad's belly is completely soft and jiggly, but surprisingly manages to maintain it's round shape. They're both like jello in that way, with Vlad being the kind of jello that has only begun to firm up while Ganon is completely firm.
