Dedicated to my Chinese teacher.. it's a request from him as well.. felt guilty for delaying it for so long, he's longing for it as well lol.. I guess he's the only teacher in the school who reaally likes my works especially traditional ones during my form2- form3 days, very supportive as well! This is the title he wanted me to paint during form 3 - Abstract portraiture of him. Lol so here it is.. (not really abstract.. I dun even know whether my abstract method will work or not) I finished this work last year, just 1 week before my SPM ends.

Holy Jesus. At looking at it zoomed out I thought it was just a mix of abstract brushes blended with nice colors. It was enough to make me click the picture and see what was going on exactly, and I am impressed.
There is some fine detail in this picture. i feel like I can get lost in here. This art has absolutely inspired me to play around in the abstract world of things. I know that sentence right there comes off as random, but I wanted to make sure to include that. I think artwork that inspires is artwork that is beautiful. That should be a goal of art, and you my friend succeeded.
I feel like if I look hard enough I see something I didn't notice before. There is a lot of work in this picture that could be misrepresented as only a splatter job.

i look at this and there is just so much small separate details and they add up to make this one big subject...
and i look at all the splatter paint and then i look down and it says "digital art", and i'm just going
the only thing is to add some things somewhere on his shirt collar maybe, to even out the picture, but the way it is right now is just as amazing too!!!
this is just stunning! and it was for someone special! i love it, great job!

And the coolest thing is I did this entirely with mouse, no tablets, no pens, pretty hardcore huh haha!Β
