Commissioned byShe wanted me to draw our respective Inklings, in a situation that seems fairly common, each time we've played Splatoon. Almost every DAMN time we're not on the same side, and I come super close to squishing her with my Roller, she just happens to have that stupid bubbler, and activates it. Thus pushing me back, and leaving me open long enough to get shot dead. :m Even if I try to fling ink, and evade, it somehow never works out. I HATE THE BUBBLER, WITH A PASSION!!!!! And she knows my feelings on this, which is what sparked the idea in the first place. :m
Don't worry..... I always get my revenge kills. >:v Just gotta be patient...... like a Ninja.

PS- Had to change over to blue, so we weren't the same color. I actually kinda like the blue more, but my default will remain orange.

Yet another post about Krakens..... What exactly am I missing here? I seem to be able to avoid Krakens, most of the time... Also, they're not as quick to get, as the Bubbler, so it's a little more okay by me.

Is the Kraken really that annoying for people? I never really have too many issues with it. I use the one with the Killer Wail..... aka vanilla Roller.

I've actually never played the game. I want to, though. Instead I've been watching Zackscottgames play Splatoon and from his gameplay I know how Kracken works. If your friend uses the Bubbler, there is still a chance to run, but if she used the Kracken just before you flatten her with the roller, that is a near guaranteed death for you.

It's not. You need to use the Kraken's attack in order to kill with it. It's not a use, and just destroy everything in your path, kinda deal.

I know that. I said NEAR guaranteed death because your friend might be able to get an attack with it before you escape.
Quick question, how anger inducing is the competition in the game? If the competitive spirit of the game is on the same level as Call of Duty, then it is a good thing there are no mics in the game.

Depends on the team you get. If they don't do anything at all to help you, it gets frustrating, but not to a point where you wanna throw your gamepad through your TV.

Good thing there is no mics, because I have be one of the worst mouthed online players out there. It's the competition that makes me mad.
This also reminded me of something. In some of ZackScott's episodes when a multiplayer match ends , sometimes there is people who have zero points, and it is not a ranked battle. Why does that happen? Is it because they quit or something?

Yes. Quit, or get disconnected.
If they're on the winning side, it will show that they got 300 points, since that's the win bonus. (They still get nothing, since they weren't there to earn those points.)

I know you just LOVE the bubbler hehe~ Isn't such an adorable lil' powerhouse? You gotta try it out hehe~ Admittedly, it is rather OP since you can share it with your teammates and the other team can't do anything if their opponents are protected by the bubble! But I still love it hehe~
On to the actual commission, I love their expressions! I have just the perfect face to laugh at that desperate guy (I wonder who! : P). First time drawing the Inkling Girl I'm assuming and she turned out really noice! I love her outfit and the patterns on her hair and outfit are lovely! I love it a lot~ She's perfect!!! Oh and I haven't forgotten about your Inkling! Blue does look good actually! And no, orange (and pink) are my colors! : P
Love this a lot and thanks again for doing this! Now time to play Splatoon again hehe~
Oh and do you do ranked battles? I'm currently at 80 points on A-, so I'm hoping to reach A+ soon!

I've tried it out enough to know exactly how OP it is. :m I think it'd be fine if they just toned down how fast you earn your special with it. And as I said a time ago, the amount of points it gets (which contribute to your special, need I add. :m). I prefer my Roller, or Splattershot(rifle) gun, with the Inkzooka.
Glad you like the expressions..... and Yup.... 1st time. Shouldn't have been too hard at all, since I've already drawn the Inkling Boy, thus having an idea of how I want the head shape and eyes to look. And stop trying to steal all my things. :m MY color.... MY seat, and MY uh........ MY other thing that I assume you wanna steal. >:1

I hate you. :1 ................. Specifically when in that bubble. I swear I actually got away once, but you still killed me even after I found a (safe)corner to hide away in. So pretty much the bubble mixed in with lag makes me hate it even more than ever before.

Yes. I actually mained it during the testfire. In the full game, I dance around the various gun types, aside from Chargers...... I just don't find them very fun to use. Not to mention close quarters are NOT your friend.

I hear ya, but that ink strike. With the newest released stage, the chargers are very good for the ranked battles in said stage. I mainly mix and match. Some rollers don't do well in some levels. Like the mall and skate park, practically anything with curved ramps.

The mall, Rollers are very good on the outside parts..... In the middle, it's pretty much a dance with the devil. You gotta hope your partners have your back. The skatepark, oh for definite sure it's not great there..... but it IS great for playing the bait game. As in, flinging ink around, at the enemy base, to get them to try to kill you, but you just stand there and keep flinging ink so they get held up enough for your team to HOPEFULLY hold down the line.
Oh, and walls are the roller's biggest enemy.... So much effort just to go up one. And forget trying to make a quick escape with it..... Might as well just accept your fate, and go in swingin'.

I'm fine with the Kraken. It can be evaded, provided you have ink to swim away in. Plus it can't kill you unless it uses the attack button. So if they don't notice you, and swim directly past you, you'll be safe. The bubble pretty much lets them run in on a roller with ease. Long range guns might have a beat on it, though, since their shots can push the bubble away before it even comes within range.

Well not really. There needs to be a deathmatch style mode to accompany the stage to make Chargers worth the use. Kinda like in ranked matches, they have a lot more use, than they do in turf wars.

That's exactly what it is..... And I hate how fast you can get it, too. (Since the Splattershot Jr. racks up points like no one's business. Thus making it easier to get your special.)
