Commissioned byShe wanted me to draw our respective Inklings, in a situation that seems fairly common, each time we've played Splatoon. Almost every DAMN time we're not on the same side, and I come super close to squishing her with my Roller, she just happens to have that stupid bubbler, and activates it. Thus pushing me back, and leaving me open long enough to get shot dead. :m Even if I try to fling ink, and evade, it somehow never works out. I HATE THE BUBBLER, WITH A PASSION!!!!! And she knows my feelings on this, which is what sparked the idea in the first place. :m
Don't worry..... I always get my revenge kills. >:v Just gotta be patient...... like a Ninja.
Anyways, hope y'all like. :b
PS- Had to change over to blue, so we weren't the same color. I actually kinda like the blue more, but my default will remain orange.

This was back during a time where said friend used the Splattershit Jr. (not a typo) all the time...... Now she barely uses it, and instead mains an E-Liter....... Such range........ Such BS. :m But I'll take it over a Bubbler. :n

Oh the E-Liter. My friends snip me good with that. I'm one level shy from unlocking it. But still main with the Roller. Also I agree with taking this over the Bubbler.

yeah bubblers are real annoying, especially if you use the luna blaster.
Though personally for me, there is nothing more annoying than getting splatter by a charger...

But since I have a Roller, the Splattershot Jr. has more range than I do, so it can kill me much easier than it could, a player with a longer range weapon.

The bubbler can be invaluable for beginner players. Given it's usefulness I'm a little surprised people don't use it more often, but I guess the kraken kind of obsoletes it. I tend to have more trouble with rollers, at least when I started out, anyway. In small spaces they can be hard to deal with.

Which is fair, given that Rollers aren't too great in open areas. Well........ provided the player doesn't have good mobility skills.
And every special has it's uses. It just boils down to what weapon you like, and the special that is easiest for you to use.
(I personally can't use a Bubbler because I've grown to dislike it so much)

There are (frustrating) strategies for rollers in more open areas. Like when they just hide in the ink until you wander right up close to them then SPLAT. It's so frustrating when that happens. It's all sneaky like, kind of sniper-esque.
Yeah, I'm still in the experimental stage. I seem to do well with the more traditional guns, which is kind of annoying because they're the least interesting and unique to the game.

Okay, now I do know how you feel about this happening constantly, except replace your friend with other online players and the roller with a Kraken..........that Bubbler is extremely annoying.

This rarely ever happens to me in Splatoon. I don't know why though. I think it's because I avoid conflict. At least until my Kracken is ready. WOOHOO!

Juke them out by charging toward them. They can't kill you from swimming, alone. They need to attack with it, so by running toward them you run a good chance of them missing their attack. Most times they won;t chase you after they miss, cuz they don't wanna get shot up when it wears off. :m

I'm going to guess that the Double Kraken is when two people, one on your side and one enemy, use the kraken at the same time and can't kill each other. That's happened to me.

Haven't been convinced on checking out Splatoon personally, but I REALLY love that picture. Let me guess, your opponent in that picture was grinning and laughing saying that you wouldn't prevail in said battle, right?
Although I do like the Roller weapon that you have in that picture too; do you like using it EVERY time in your Splatoon gameplays?

How not? It's probably one of the most fun new games that are out there, in recent times. If not a buy for you, at the least rent it. Or play it in store or a friend's place.... It's worth trying.
And no, I don't always pick the Roller. It's just my most preferred weapon. I'm still in the phase of looking for a weapon that feels just as comfortable as the Roller (or Tentatek Splattershot)

That smirk on her face makes it obvious to me that she enjoys to piss you off. I know that the bubbler is kind of a cheap-ass way to avoid getting squashed by roller. I personally don't have Splatoon, but I hear it's a really good game.

And yes.... DO get it, if ever you can. If you like online gaming with friends, or even random players, then this is for sure a must buy. If you shy away from online gaming cuz you're too worried about underperforming....(which is an actual reason, cuz some of my friends are like that) then I'd sadly have to say pass it up. It'd be a rental at best. I mean.... the single player's not bad at all, but it's not great. But if you have the game, it's worth playing through.
